HOT WEATHER POLICY

If the temperature is 31-35 degrees, the quarters will be shortened and a short drink break allowable at quarter and three-quarter time.  If the temperature reaches above 36 degrees, games will be cancelled.

WET WEATHER POLICY

In the event of extreme wet weather conditions, the On-Duty Supervisor will make a timeslot by timeslot decision and notify Team Managers accordingly.

FAIR PLAY CODE

The Victorian government's new Fair Play Code - a code of conduct for sport and recreation in Victoria - outlines the standards of behaviour expected for everyone involved in sport & recreation.  The Code sends a clear message that bad behaviour, violence, cheating and intimidation has no place in sport.

There are five core values that underpin fair play:

  • integrity

  • respect

  • responsibility

  • fairness

  • safety
